I found the hotel to be very clean. The curtains provided total blackout, a feature I greatly appreciated. Staff members were helpful, and I found room service to be very good. Hotel restaurants offered excellent food.

The hotel is not exactly in the city center. I found it to be a 25-minute walk to the main city.

The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The spa was lovely and well needed after a long day out. The floor was constantly dried off, this prevented people slipping, i appreciated that.

The room was much smaller than photos suggest. The tv choices were limited. The staff said changing the tv language to english could NOT be done, it was done easily though. The hotel location is not city center. It is a good walk to the main city.
